ABOUT uHIRED
Less searching. Earlier applications.
Unfortunately Hired is a focused job discovery product built by Spex Labs for software professionals in India.
The problem
Relevant openings are spread across job boards, repeated under inconsistent titles, and easy to find only after they have already attracted attention. uHired checks shared searches on an hourly schedule, normalizes roles and locations, removes near-duplicate listings, and keeps each signed-in user’s feed focused on a recent window.
What the product does
Signed-in users choose up to three roles and locations, add professional experience, and upload a selectable-text CV. Those preferences route eligible jobs to the user. A deterministic keyword scorer helps order the feed; users can also sort by newest first.
What the public explorer does differently
The public explorer accepts one role and one location and requests ten eligible recent jobs at a time. Optional resume text adds a browser-calculated fit score. The explorer does not expose source links or upload resume text. Sign-in is required to retrieve an application link.
What uHired does not promise
uHired is not an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantee of an interview. Match scores are organizational signals, and source postings can be changed or closed by their publishers.
