Public explorer

The resume text entered on the public explorer is processed by JavaScript in the browser. uHired does not send that field to its API or include it in the page URL.

Account and authentication

When signing in, uHired stores the account email, authentication-session records, one-way token hashes, expiry and revocation timestamps, and basic client operating-system and browser labels. Secure cookies are used to maintain the session.

Profile and matching data

For signed-in service use, uHired stores the user’s name, selected roles and locations, professional experience, uploaded CV file and extracted text, job matches, applications marked in the product, dismissals, and related feedback. This data is used to operate the feed and its matching features.

Job and service data

uHired stores normalized job postings and source records needed for discovery, deduplication, freshness, application links, and match calculation. Operational logs and rate-limit records are used to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

Advertising and external sites

Public pages may use Google advertising services, which can set or read cookies according to Google’s policies. Opening a source application takes the user to an external site with its own privacy practices.

Requests

For questions or requests concerning your data, use the contact page and identify the account email involved. Do not send passwords, login codes, or sensitive identity documents.
